I grew up in Minnesota and moved to North Dakota when I was 18. I graduated with a degree in Biblical Studies May 2011 and graduated with my Master’s Degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health May 2016. I have worked in agency practice since 2016 and opened my private counseling practice in March 2022. I enjoy good conversation over a hot cup of coffee. I look forward to learning about YOU.

I enjoy learning about my clients and working with them to achieve their goals. Getting to know my clients and each person's unique background is both enjoyable and rewarding. People have the ability to change, grow and overcome. It is an honor to be a part of the process.
